Niels Christian Nielsen is the chairman and CEO of Q. He is also a non-executive director of a number of companies, including Codan, Unimerco, MondayMorning, Prophet and Development Alternatives Inc (DAI).
During the '90s he was a key member of the team which created DTI through a sequence of mergers and acquisitions and took the company through a significant turn-around towards its present status as one of the larger and more profitable companies in that sector in Europe. He was the Chairman of 2M Invest A/S from 1995 to its successful IPO in 2000. He was behind the creation of the Danish government's Learning Lab. Before conceiving Q, Niels created Catenas, a global network of specialist consulting firms. Niels is also a leading thinker on knowledge, innovation and networks. He is an adjunct professor of Copenhagen Business School and a Visiting Scholar at UC Berkeley.
